長女の幼稚園でwatermelon smashなる催し物が。water melon smashて（笑。間違ってはいないけど正しいとも言い難いこの微妙なライン。文化の違いがある中の直訳は怖いですねw。

もう少しゆっくりしてたかったなー。今度の日本出張は家族連れてって、一週間仕事、もう一週間は完全にプライベートで日本に行きたいなー。全然友達とか親戚に会えなかった（汗。次はいつだろう。1月に来て下さいなんて話があるけど、どうなる事やら。
にしても渋谷ってすっげー人ね。イライラしたはこのくっそ暑い中。
ぱらぱら写真撮ってはいたので興味あれば下のギャラリーでも見て下さいな。
最近被写体が全て左寄りになる…笑。このくせ直さなきゃな。
しかし今回のハイライトはやっぱり有楽町でたっまたま知り合いに会った事！！マジびびったしw。階段登ろうと思って角曲がったらいたんだもん（笑。いやーこーゆー偶然もあるんだねー。
Back to Back,
June 8th to June 12th@ Canada, June 16th to June 19th @Canada (had to extend to 20th). dude, mind as well station me in Canada, eh? wish I had more time to walk around with the camera in downtown. customer this time spoke not a single english (he was reading out the sensors as P-ichi, P-ni, P-san to the Irish engineer… LOL) thus a loooooong hectic trip. at least he was awesome.
6月８〜１２日＠カナダ。６月１６日から１９日＠カナダ、だったはずが一日延長で２０日帰国。この際カナダに駐在させてくれ。もっとカメラぶら下げてシン散歩したかったな〜。今回の来訪者、微塵の英語も喋れず。まさかのアイリッシュ系のエンジニアにセンサーをPいち、Pに、Pさんと読み上げる始末…笑。ってなわけで長い長い出張でした。お客さんめっちゃ良い人で良かったけど。

機内でのゾーンフォーカス失敗。ぐっすり寝てるおじさまを撮ろうと思ってたのにその隣のイミグレ書類を書き上げるチャンねー…
my recent hyper in Vancouver area is to use public transportation, Skytrain. I love it! commuting via train to work is relaxing for me. especially as I’m taking the millennium expo line (999) getting off King George station on a reverse traffic; rarely anyone on the train by the end. and its cheap.
最近のバンクーバー近辺でのお気に入りは公共のスカイトレイン。いいね！電車通勤とかなんか落ち着くわ〜。特にミレニアムエキスポ線（９９９、勝手に銀河鉄道って呼んでます）のキングジョージ行きは混んでないし降りる頃にはほぼ誰もいない。そして安い。

weather wasnt bad. although a day of rain.
天気は良好。一日雨だったけど。

Leica M8 x Vancouver,
a pretty hectic way to start 2014 for me. business trips, phone conference 3 times a week or sometimes more, visitors, paper works, reports, budgets and so on. i will need to use my spare time indeed during the trip. morning, afternoon. of course with my little friend, Leica M8.
2014は開始早々かなりドタバタ。出張ばっかで電話会議なんか週もしくはそれ以上、来客あるは書類だレポートだ予算だと。出張中の空き時間ぐらい有意義に使わないとね〜。朝だろうが昼だろうが。ツレのライカM８も連れて。
this time was during the Chinese New Year month. Pacific Centre (i love how they write it as ‘centre’ instead of ‘center’) next to the Four Seasons had this big banzai-ing lady statue or whatever you called those in the front lobby next to the coffee shop on Georgia St. side.
こん時は丁度チャイニーズニューイヤー手前。Four Seasonsホテル隣にあるパシフィックセンター（カナダではcenterをcentreと書く、カッコいい）にはバンザイ気味のデッカいなんつーのか置物？がジョージア通り入入り口ロビーのコーヒー屋さん前に飾ってあった。

how does everyone clean their sensor? I normally open the shutter under bulb mode and just blow it off.

そう、またバンクーバーでした。
didnt go for pleasure as usual (been there so many times but no site seeing ever lol). attended Hydrogen Fuel Cell Conference 2013 as i had few meetings to take care of. note that i was invited to visit south Africa. hmmm… well, worked hard, but also photo-ed hard on the streets.
例の如くプレジャーで行ったわけではないけど（もう何回も行ってるけど一回も観光した事無いww）。今回はHydrogen Fuel Cell 2013って言う学会的なヤーツ行って来た。そういえば南アフリカ訪問の話が。んんんん…とにかく、みっちり仕事して、ばっちり写真も撮って来た。
it was supposed to be nice weather but apparently, i brought in the rain.
天気良かったはずなんだけど、どうやら俺は確実にバンクーバーの雨男らしい。
stayed at the Coal Harbour side this time as it was closer to the convention center. sorry, i meant, convention centre. its actually better for sightseeing purpose as the olympic torch is right there and the new Cactus Club is awesome. Plus, the historic Gas Town is walking distance, nice view of North Vancouver, etc.
今回はコンベンションセンターも近いコールハーバー側に泊まってました。 観光にはこっちの方が良いかもね。オリンピックのトーチ（やべー日本語が出てこない…）がすぐそこにあったり、新しいCactus Clubハンパねーし。それに、ガスタウン近いし、北バンクーバーの眺めが良かったり、色々。
only brought my 28mm Elmarit (4th) this time on my M8. i was debating on bringing my Ultra Wide Heliar but kept that at home, out of reach from my daughters lol. first time using it under the street condition zone focusing and taking snaps. of course its an awesome piece of glass. i just need more practice on zone focusing. was going to sign up for the akademie of Leica per street photography but mang that was over budget. $599.99. i need a silver sugar mama to spot me the gig LOL
今回はM8に28mmエルマリートだけ。ウルトラワイドヘリアー持って行こうか悩んだけど、娘達の手の届かないとこに置いておいたw。実際町中でのゾーンフォーカスしながらのスナップで使うのは初めて。もちろんこのレンズは最高です。しかしながらまだまだ目測でのフォーカスは難しい。ライカのストリート写真関連のアカデミー行こうと思ったけど大分予算越えだよね。$599.99てあーた。銀色の熟女から援助してもらわな行かれへん（笑
