as promised, i got my exhaust yesterday for the R&D. actually had to go pick them up. but yea it all good. the exhaust is consists of piece. and the material is full titanium. such a ritz. soooo light compared to my stainless Zee’s exhaust. btw, its single tip.
so, as the title says, i will be testing Tomei’s new Expreme Ti exhaust system. and also that replacing pipe where the cat is so called the test pipe… lol i dont understand why its called as a TEST pipe. heard one of those crazy forum posters made up this name and invaded the place. will be shooting photos and a simple video once i get the pieces going. also be running dyno. i guess, it will be pretty darn loud. since i am getting a new exhaust (good bye my Zee’s exhaust for now), i will be putting back my seats and steering boss and stuff into the car again.
not at El Toro Air Field in Irvine anymore. this time will be at Lake Perris, Riverside. and will be drifting only. why not El Toro anymore? its because some a-hole fuked up everything.
this one kid (heard it was a blue Mitsubishi) was in the restricted area making doughnuts by the big balloon where the park is. thinking that he is the shiet. one of the lady has warned the kid the place is off-limits and he/she/them is distracting the visitors. the kid should have just left.
i believe they saw the woman whom warn him/her/they leaving the area. and those ass holes decided to tailgate her and threat her on the freeway. of course the woman reported to the police. and that is why we cant use El Toro anymore. because of that ass hole.
i mean, how hard is it to follow the rules? we are not telling anything special. simple as it can be. do not enter the prohibited areas. and please, respect others and be a grown up. if its your own pocket money renting the place, thats fine. i wont say shiet. but you have a whole company renting it to provide a venue to experience motorsports. its not for you to fuk around. well, hopefully no one will fuk it up this time.
as i have metioned earlier, unfortunately, it will be drifting only for this event due to venue capacity and course sizes. who will be going? i will try to get as much drivers as possible again.
i was at Dai’s Driving Academy 3 this past Saturday.
先週末の土曜日はDai’s Driving Academy 3に行ってましたぁ。

past Saturday was Dai’s Driving Academy 2 over at El Toro Field in Irvine, CA. on the way to the venue was raining. not a hard rain but rained for like good 10minutes or so.
先週の土曜日は稲田大二郎氏主催のDai’s Driving Academy 2と言う走行会がアーバインのエルトロで開催されました。行きしなは雨も小降りでしたね。ヒドイ雨ではなかったけど10分ぐらい降ってたかな。
whats for breakfast? of course.
朝飯は何かって?もちろん。
sausage egg muffin with hashbrown in between and orange juice from McDonalds. bought one for Kana-chan and dropped it off at her house too 🙂
it was cloudy the whole time but guess it was better to have it this way so that the track temperature stayed low. sucked for the vendors though because the booths were flying everywhere… lol our booth almost hit this one car who parked next to our booth.
this past saturday, August 9th was Nigh Shift Pomona. On the side, there was the Motorcross flying from the ramp making huge flys, XDL Show with the motor cycles doing wheelies and making donuts etc, live performances, hot chicks walking around, etc. and where i was hosting was for the Super Gymkhana which was the very first event together with HIN and Aerodyne Industries.
now lemme just go over with Gymkhana real quick. its something similar to auto-cross but with more usage of the actual track, or course. which means more room for drifting as well. its better to see then listen. please take a look at the clip i found with our race car from 10 years ago back in 1998 racing in class D.
Aerodyne Industries has been hosting the gymkhana evetn for quite a while now. and it was there very first time hosting it together with HIN. special thanks to Thanh from HIN for connecting them together. we had total of 19 drivers. -1 since one of the cars caught on fire. What was not fair was Quoc Ly driving in the race. a Formula D driver running with the amateurs… hahha thats not fair!! well, unfortunately, or fortunate by the judges? lol he did not take first place. as i was judging, Quoc was a bit slow on the speed. Performance point was perfect since he was drifting from start to finish, but the speed was in a lack. the time was only like a second difference but this still made a lot of difference on score. for me, the best run was Quoc (S14) against Omar (FC3S). this was a real hard match to judge for us. with the other judges including me representing LOT USA/BRIDE, Brian from High End, Toshi from Blitz, Keith from Nukabe/Cusco, and Andy from Aerodyne really had a hard time judging on this. the time was really the biggest factor of who took the win. Omar was a second faster then Quoc, leading him to 1st place.
since Brian took some shots from the Race, i will post them under his courtesy 🙂
ブライアンが何枚か写真撮ってたので、載せます。ちゃんとブライアンの名前の下でね:)

彼女が檻の中に居たのか、男共が檻の中に居たのか。モノ配ってくれて有難う!!
Drift Speed’s S15. the driver was Takeshi Aizawa. during his last run, the car’s movement was not his usual runs. and i asked him what happen Takeshi-san? he said he worn out the tires when he was doing the burn out to bring back the audiences… lol hey, it wasnt my idea!! hahha
